The correct answer is communist governments or socialist governments

This is because their governments were based around Marxist doctrines and while Cubans identified as Communists the Sandinistas identified as Democratic Socialists. Many of their plans for the country were same in essence and they often cooperated and worked together on international planning and cooperation.
