I know that the picture may look confusing. All I did was compare both equations. The -50m and 40m both share the GCF of 10. 4n and 2n both share the GCF of 2. 7 and 10 have the GCF of 1. Therefore the answer couple be two things.
A: 10m^2n^1
Or
B: 10m^2n
I hope that this wasn’t too confusing!
