Morphogenesis.

Morphogenesis is a process in development biology, in which cells, tissues and organs start taking their shapes.

In the image below you'll see an example of morphogenesis in a frogs metamorphosis and the differences between the hands (paws) of two different organisms along with a little explanation of what happens in each image.
