So starting with 9x + 4 ≤ 58, firstly subtract 4 on both sides: [tex] 9x \leq 54 [/tex]

Next, divide both sides by 9, and this inequality will be [tex] x\leq 6 [/tex]

Next with 1/6x - 2 > 3, firstly add 2 on both sides of the equation: [tex] \frac{1}{6}x>5 [/tex]

Next, multiply both sides by 6 and this inequality will be [tex] x>30 [/tex]

Putting it all together, x ≤ 6 OR x > 30.
