Evaluate P/4 + pq when p=8 and q=6

P/4 + pq

if p = 8 and q = 6 then...

Substitute 8 for p

8/4

Substitute 8 for p and 6 for a

8 x 6

So

8/4 + 8 X 6

2 + 48

= 50.

P/4 + 48 = 0
P/4 = - 48
P = - 48/4
P = - 12
