f(g(x))=-(g(x))+4=
g(x)=-2x-3
so
if x=2
f(g(2))=-(g(2))+4
g(2)=-2(2)-3=-4-3=-7
f(g(2))=-(-7)+4=7+4=11
f(g(2))=11
