Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) because adenosine diphosphate (ADP) when a phosphate group is removed.

The prefix tri- on the "triphosphate" means that there are 3 phosphates.  When 1 is removed, the prefix becomes di-, 2.

Hope this helps!
