Life either sucked for the poor and slaves, who constantly had to labor and search for certain tasks at hand, or was awesome for individuals with power or came from a wealthy family (trust me, there were a lot of wealthy families) these families sorta ruled over the commoners and ate extreme delicacies, sat in golden chairs, and basically had the life of individuals living in the Buckingham palace.
