8 × m = 8m

8 × 11 = 88

8m + 11

The distributive property is a ( b + c ) = ab + ac

So to do this you have to do just that:

8 (m + 11) = 8*m + 8*11

8*m = 8m and 8*11 = 88 so

8 (m + 11) = 8m + 88

So your answer is C.) 8m + 88
