The medical term for "loss of appetite" is anorexia.

Loss of appetite can commonly make a person loss weight (faster than expected). The other options do not make sense when talking about the loss of an appetite. Bowel rest has to do with your bowels. Dyspepsia has to do with your digestion, and stasis has to do with the flow of liquids in your body.
