That depends how big they are.

Explanation:

If they were all the same as vessels in the legs, blood pressure wouldn't be high enough for vital organs.

If they were all the same of vessels in the heart, it'd be very easy to lose extreme amounts of blood upon being cut.

There are probably more complications that I haven't considered.
