To multiply these two fractions just multiply both numerators and both denominators.

[tex]= \frac{2}{3}*\frac{6}{10}[/tex]

~Multiply

[tex]= \frac{2 * 6}{3 * 10}[/tex]

~Simplify

[tex]= \frac{12}{30}[/tex]

~Simplify

= [tex]\frac{6}{15}[/tex]

~Simplify

[tex]= \frac{2}{5}[/tex]

2/5 = 0.4

2/3 = 0.6...

0.6... > 0.4

It will be LESS then 2/3.

Best of Luck!
