The slope formula for two pairs of coordinates is 2nd y value - 1st y value ÷ 2nd x value - 1st x value.

Plugging your values in, you get:

(-9 - 6) ÷ (10 - 1)

Which can be simplified to:

(-15) ÷ (9)

So your slope would be -(15 / 9)
