Answer: $1.50

Step-by-step explanation: $9.25 - $1.65 = $7.40 so we know all the cookies together cost $7.40 now we need find the cost of one of the cookies by splitting this into half twice. half of $7.40 is $3.50 half of $3.50 is $1.50 so the answer is 1.50.
