The base area of a square-based prism is 25 ft squared. One of the lateral faces of the prism is 30 ft squared. What is the surface area of the prism?

lateral surface area= 30ft

base area of squared prism = 25 ft means height= 25

(therefore, square object length breadth and height same )

total surface area = lateral surface * height

= 30ft*25ft

=750 ft square.
