I believe the correct answer from the choices listed above is the last option. Planck's constant allows for the conversion of energy to frequency and wavelength. The energy of a single photon is related only to its frequency. The frequency is unchanged during all the transitions. 

Energy = (Plancks constant) * (frequency) 

Frequency can be written in terms of wavelength. Therefore, choice a and b should be correct.
