The mole fraction of the KOH is 0.025.

What is the mole fraction:

We know that the mole fraction is the ratio of the moles to the total number of moles.

Thus;

Number of moles of KOH =  56g/56 g/mol = 1 mol

Number of moles of water = 700.0g/18 g/mol = 39 moles

Now;

Mole fraction of KOH = 1 mol/1 mol + 39 moles = 1/40 = 0.025
