A pair of complementary angles is understood when the addition of both measurements is equal to 90°.

If this is the case, in order to find the measurement for the angle we need to subtract 90 with the measurement of the first angle in the form:

[tex]\begin{gathered} \text{Angle}=90-58.1 \\ \text{Angle}=31.9 \end{gathered}[/tex]

The complementary angle is equal to 31.9°.
