Well [tex]s[/tex] stands for displacement, we know that displacement is [tex]64[/tex].  So now we have the equation [tex]64=16t^2[/tex]


Solve for [tex]t[/tex]:


[tex]4=t^2[/tex]

[tex]t=2[/tex]


So it took 2 seconds!
