A square rug with a side length of 6.3 ft and a rectangle rub that is 4.8ft by 8.2ft which rug cover the greater area?

For the square, we find the area is: 6.3×6.3 = 39.69
For the rectangle, we find the area is: 4.8×8.2 = 39.36
okay,39.69>39.36
so the square rug is the larger one
