Richard Bay should raise the employment rate to curb the crime rate. Unemployment is the major and most important cause of the crimes like robbery and thefts. Education should also be provided to sensitize children towards each other and the society. Drug menace should be controlled at any cost, as this is leading to rapes, and fights and deaths.
