What point of view is used in "Was It a Dream?" How would a different point of view change the story?

The point of view used in "Was It a Dream" is first person. The main focus of the story would shift if used in second or third person point of view. First person means that the point of view is in the narrator, if used in third the whole story wouldn't be about the narrator thus changing the purpose of the story.
