Taking into account your previous experience and training, what aspects of that would be relative to the successful fulfillment of this position? In other words, this would give the interviewee a chance to explain just how his previous experience and training has prepared him for this position ie say graduating with a degree in geology and having say 15 yrs working in a mine as a supervisor of say drilling that could prepare him/her for being a chief geologist.
