How did the slogan “Liberty, Equality, Fraternity” sum up the goals of the Revolution?

The slogan “Liberty, Equality, Fraternity” summed up the goals of the Revolution in that liberty was for freedom from Britain, equality was about equal representation, and fraternity was about American brotherhood.
