What is the area for 140cm wide 190 cm long

Rectangle's area formula - S=ab, where a is width and b is length.

We've got 140cm of width and 190cm of length, so let them be a and b respectively:

S=140cm*190cm=26600cm²=2.66m²

So the area of this rectangle is 2.66m²
