Set up a system of equations.

6s+b=139.5
b=3s

Substitite for b
6s+3s=139.5
9s=139.5
s=15.5

Now multiply by 3 to get the blazer price
15.5*3= 46.5

Final answer: $46.50

6s + 3s = 139.50

s = 139.50 / 9 = $15.50

The blazer cost 3s  dollars = 3 * 15.50  =   $46.50  Answer
