                               212 x = 1060

There is no 'y' in this equation.
There is an 'x' though, and we
can find the value of 'x'.

Take the original equation:            212 x           =  1,060

Divide each side by  212:              212 x / 212  =  1,060 / 212

                                                             x          =      5
