Your answer is d.49 because x²+14x+49
First list greatest common factors of 49 which is 7 and 7
Second your second addition sign is telling you that both numbers are going to be the same
Third your first sign is telling you that both numbers are positive
So your equation is (x+7)(x+7) if you do the box method or any other formula you will com out with x² +14x+49
