The marrow in your bones is strengthened by weight-bearing activities since your bones it causes activity and motion, which prevents laziness and weight gaining, so if you are losing weight, then you are also gaining muscle and stronger bones. Plus, your bones need to over-work themselves to accomplish these activities, so if you work harder at something, you will get better, so the same goes for your bones. I hope that helped! :-D
