a receipe calls for 3 1/3 cup of heavy cream, If i double the receipe and want to make 2 1/2 times the amount how much heavy cream do I have to use?

Multiply 3 1/3 cups by 2 1/2:

(10/3)(5/2) cups = 25/3 cups, or 8 1/3 cups.
