2391m^2
V = (4/3)πR^3

A = 4πR^2

Given that V = 3500π m^3, you can determine that
(4/3)R^3 = 3500 m^3
R^3 = 2625 m^3
R = (2625)^(1/3) m = about 13.795 m

Now plug that into your equation for A:
A = 4πR^2 = 4π(13.795)^2 m^2 = about 2391 m^2
