The area is 81.25 m².

We find the area using the formula
A = 0.5*p*a, where p is the perimeter and a is the apothem.

Since this is a regular polygon, the perimeter is given by 10s, where s is the side length.  This gives us:

A = 0.5(10s)(a) = 0.5(10*3.25)(5) = 81.25
